Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times
United States: 5-12 after processing.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start updating after you receive it — that’s normal and doesn’t mean anything is wrong.
Delays
Carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak seasons can push delivery past our estimate. We’ll help you track anything that seems stuck — just email ember60support@gmail.com.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll reship it once you cover shipping again.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it, check with neighbors and your building first, then email us. If it’s genuinely lost, we’ll replace it.
